In spite of not being religious at all I joined a friend for the first time in my life to a mikveh.. she went into the holy water while I was getting some spiritual emotions outside 'cause I ain't married so I can't get in. (thank god for both) but I must say I didn't know where these places at, and thought you do that only before the wedding. plus this holy bath costs money. yet you do get some purification senses in there.
